Job Description
- Hardware Development – Infotainment / entertainment segment products
- Customer interaction for requirement elicitation and product definition.
- Stakeholder management, interaction with engineering and commercial departments.
- Requirement Analysis, Design, Validation & Co-ordinate for Manufacturing.
- Responsible for Schematic, Design calculation, design document preparation, Worst Case
Analysis, Test & Measurement. - DRBFM / Product FMEA, Quality gates during product development lifecycle
- Safety analysis as per ISO26262 norms.
- Define EMC & safety requirements based on the markets.
- Interact with 3rd party manufacturing plant for proto build and support the product into series production
- Assess the design for DFM, DFT guidelines.
Qualifications
- Worked in all stages of Hardware Lifecycle (Architecture definition, Design, Development,
Component selection, Board bring-up, functional level and Integration Testing) - Hands-on experience on Analog audio domain design, High speed digital design, Power
supply design, Grounding concepts, Basic knowledge of RF. - Working experience on various Connectivity / communication interfaces like RF– WiFi,
BT, GSM, Wired – Ethernet, USB, CAN, PCI, UART, SPI, I2C, LVDS, HDMI - Hands on experience on performance parameters eg. THD, SNR, Crosstalk etc.
- Knowledge in various Microcontroller architectures (e.g. RISK, CISC, ARM)
- Working experience with memory Interfacing like DDR3 and DDR4, NAND Flash, eMMC.
- Hands-on experience in Allegro, Altium etc and Create a PCB Guidelines for the
Layout. - Knowledge of Signal integrity
- Experience with Simulation tools like PSPICE, LTSPICE, etc.
- Worst case calculation using Mathcad/Excel
- Familiar with the LAB instrument and its usage
- EMI/EMC knowledge
